Julia Williams brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience, specializing in the development and advancement of global networks in oncology, pathology, and research. She currently serves as Regional Manager of Clinical Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology Outreach Services at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport.

Through her consulting firm, JW Oncology Network, Julia provides recruitment, consulting, and advisory services. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex organizational structures and develop effective clinical and operational strategies. Her expertise spans all oncology subspecialties, pathology, nephrology, transplant services, clinical and translational research, population health, and faculty recruitment.

Julia also serves as Senior Advisor to EhmetHealth, where she focuses on patient advocacy. She remains actively engaged in the oncology community through her service on multiple cancer committees, the Association of Cancer Executive board in prior years, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Survivors Cancer Action Network.

As a cancer survivor, Julia brings a deeply personal commitment to improving patient care, strengthening healthcare systems, and advancing meaningful patient advocacy.
